Nico Carver

Nico Carver is a dedicated astrophotographer who shares his knowledge through his popular YouTube channel and Patreon under the name Nebula Photos. He started taking photos of the sky in 2015, and quickly realized his favorite objects to shoot were nebulae, dim clouds of gas and dust that are mostly invisible to the naked eye, but are very beautiful when captured with a telescope and camera. In an effort to help other astrophotographers, he uses YouTube (free) and Patreon (paid) to share tutorials, tips, and reviews. In reviewing telescopes, his philosophy is to test multiple telescopes of similar aperture on the same night, and let the viewers decide which telescope is the best choice for them. Nico uses several Askar telescopes, and his current favorite is the Askar FMA180 Pro, which he is using to capture a large mosaic covering the entirety of the constellation Cepheus.
